Listen—Tan is a true artisan and a genuinely great person. Customer service was flawless. I’m very particular about details, and he took all the time needed messaging back and forth with me to be sure he fully understood what I wanted. I ordered a couple of custom bands made from ostrich leather, and there was a small mix-up on one band—likely because I wasn’t as clear as I should have been. Tan reached out to me immediately, remade the strap, and has already sent it out. The shipping was also far faster than what was quoted at the time of purchase—I was honestly shocked at how quickly everything arrived. I have already ordered another one!

It's rubber. Not leather. I mean, it fits, but it's certainly not any better than a standard rubber watch band.
