Eligibility for Returns

Return window: Within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Condition: Item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
Packaging: Original packaging, tags, accessories, and proof of purchase are required.

Custom or personalized items (engraving, custom size, bespoke modifications) are non-refundable,
except in cases of defects or incorrect items received.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-made products.
Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
Products showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos or videos showing the issue are required.
We will offer a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.
