Made By Tan accepts product returns and refunds.

If you have any issue with your order, please contact our customer support team via email at support@madebytan.com to start a return or refund request.

Below are the conditions under which a return or refund will be accepted:

Returns are applicable for products with defects caused by Made By Tan or if the product you received does not match the item ordered.

We always strive to ensure the product you receive matches the listing photos and specifications as accurately as possible. Due to the natural characteristics of leather, lighting conditions, and handcrafted processes, slight variations in color, grain, or texture may occur and are not considered defects.

Return Conditions

  • Straps in unused condition (no bending, creasing, scratches, or signs of wear) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.
  • The buckle tongue must not be inserted through the strap hole.
  • Original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase are required.

If the strap has been worn, shows signs of use, has personalized details, custom sizing, engraving, or any bespoke modifications, a restocking fee of up to 80% of the strap value may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.

Custom-made or personalized straps cannot be refunded unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling by the customer.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide clear photos or videos showing the issue. In such cases, Made By Tan will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • In cases of defective or incorrect items, Made By Tan will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • Please include your order number inside the return package to help us process your return efficiently.

Before returning any item, please contact us first so we can guide you through the correct return process. We will always do our best to resolve any issue fairly and reasonably, including repair, replacement, partial compensation, or refund depending on the situation.
