1. How long does it take to make my strap?

Each strap is made to order. Standard production time is 3–5 business days, depending on the leather and design. Custom or exotic requests may take a few extra days.

2. How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide from Hanoi, Vietnam.

  • Standard Shipping: 15–20 business days

  • Express Shipping: 7–10 business days
    Tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

3. What materials do you use?

We source farm-raised exotic leathers (French crocodile, ostrich leg, and lizard), Zermatt calf leather lining from France, and Velodon reinforcement from Italy. All materials are chosen for comfort, durability, and authenticity.

4. Can I customize my strap?

Absolutely. You can personalize:

  • Lug / buckle width (e.g., 22/20mm)

  • Strap length (S to XL)

  • Stitch color & style (hand-stitched or machine)

  • Thickness, padding style, and taper

  • Optional engraving or logo embossing

5. How do I measure my wrist?

Use a soft measuring tape around your wrist at the spot where you wear your watch. Share the measurement (in cm or inches) with us — we’ll recommend the right strap length for you.

6. What watches do your straps fit?

Our straps fit most traditional watch brands (Rolex, Omega, Seiko, etc.) and smartwatches that use standard spring bars. For Apple Watch, please mention your case size — we’ll adapt the strap with matching adapters.

7. Are the straps waterproof?

Our straps are not designed for swimming or heavy water exposure. However, with Zermatt lining and proper edge sealing, they can handle daily sweat and light splashes.

8. How do I care for my strap?

  • Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth after use.

  • Avoid long exposure to sunlight or humidity.

  • Use neutral leather balm occasionally to maintain softness.

  • Store flat in a cool, dry place when not worn.

9. What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 12-month warranty covering stitching, glue, and craftsmanship issues. Natural marks or color variations are part of the leather’s character and not considered defects.

10. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As each item is handcrafted to order, we can only accept returns for workmanship defects. However, please contact us if you have any issue — we’ll always try to make it right.

11. Do you offer wholesale or collaborations?

12. Can I track my order?
